Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 Student Meal Plans
Brand New Meal Plans on Campus
Urban Mosaic Food Co. is excited to introduce new meal plans for the academic year to pair with our BRAND NEW dining facility! These changes are designed to provide greater value, enable Urban Mosaic Food Co. to expand menu variety and create a dining experience that better supports the diverse food services needs of our campus community. This webpage will be updated regularly as additional details become available.
Freshmen Resident Students
All freshmen resident students living in residence halls (Phase 3 & Phase 4) will be auto-assigned the Toro Power unlimited meal plan.
This plan is mandatory for all freshmen students living in the residence halls (Phase 3 & Phase 4).
Toro Power - Unlimited Meal Plan
Enjoy unlimited meals every day of the week, plus $100 Dining Dollars for snacks, beverages, and grab-and-go options. This plan also includes (5) guest meals that you can use to dine with friends and family throughout the semester.
Perks included:
- No need to manage your meals every week, the stress is gone as you learn how to dine your first year on campus.
- Only meal plan that includes multiple meal swipes per meal period.
- Dining Dollars to use at all Urban Mosaic dining locations on campus.
- Any leftover Dining Dollars from the Fall semester roll over to the Spring semester. Any unused Dining Dollars at the end of the Spring semester will expire.

Upperclassmen Residents
All upperclassmen living in residence halls (Phase 3 & Phase 4) will be auto-assigned the Toro Balance Plan. Students have the option to change their meal plan to the Toro Power Plan or Toro Flex Plan for the first two weeks of the Fall semester. Once a meal plan is chosen, you will have that meal plan for the full academic year.
Choose from the following meal plan options:
Toro Balance Plan (Auto Assigned Plan)
Enjoy 14 meals per week along with $200 Dining Dollars for added convenience. This plan also includes (5) guest meals that you can use to dine with friends and family throughout the semester.
Perks:
- Includes enough meal swipes for 2 meals per day at the dining hall.
- $100 more Dining Dollars than the Toro Power unlimited meal plan.
- Dining Dollars to use at all Urban Mosaic dining locations on campus.
- Any leftover Dining Dollars from the Fall semester roll over to the Spring semester. Any unused Dining Dollars at the end of the Spring semester will expire.
This is the auto-assigned meal plan for residents living in residence halls (Phase 3 & Phase 4). Students have the option to change their meal plan to the Toro Power Plan or Toro Flex Plan for the first two weeks of the Fall semester. ONLY $275 MORE PER SEMESTER

Move to the Toro Flex Plan
Enjoy 10 meals per week along with $300 Dining Dollars for added convenience. This plan also includes (3) guest meals that you can use to dine with friends and family throughout the semester.
Perks included:
- $200 more Dining Dollars than the Toro Power unlimited meal plan.
- Dining Dollars to use at all Urban Mosaic dining locations on campus.
- Any leftover Dining Dollars from the Fall semester roll over to the Spring semester. Any unused Dining Dollars at the end of the Spring semester will expire.

Voluntary Residents & Commuter Students
Residents living in apartments (Phase 1 & Phase 2) and commuter students are not required to purchase a meal plan, but it is highly encouraged. Do not miss out on the college dining experience, check out these great meal plans that are available!
Toro Thrive Plan
Enjoy 125 meal swipes to use at the all-you-can-eat dining hall and $100 Dining Dollars.
That is just $10.80 per meal!
- Dining Dollars to use at all Urban Mosaic dining locations on campus.
- Any leftover Dining Dollars from the Fall semester roll over to the Spring semester. Any unused Dining Dollars at the end of the Spring semester will expire.

Toro Independent Plan
Enjoy 80 meal swipes to use at the all-you-can-eat dining hall and $200 Dining Dollars.
That is just $11.88 per meal!

Enjoy 50 meal swipes to use at the all-you-can-eat dining hall and $100 Dining Dollars.
That is just $12.50 per meal!
